What type of Demo accounts do you offer?

We offer both Classic and Pro accounts on the demo platform.

Is a demo account different from a live account?

The demo account uses identical live price feeds and commission pricing as live accounts however trades execute differently because demo trades are not sent to the real market.

Do demo accounts expire?

Our Demo accounts do not expire. You may delete or create new demo accounts at any time using our Secure Client Area.

Can you retrieve my lost password?

Passwords are stored encrypted and therefore we are unable to retrieve them for any type of account.

Live Accounts

In which base currencies can I open an account?

We specialize in Bitcoin denominated accounts only.

What is the minimum funding amount?

There is no minimum deposit.

What type of accounts do you offer?

We currently offer two different account types: Classic and Pro. The Classic account has the commission built in the spread whereas the Pro has a tighter spread but charges commissions. For more information, please visit the Account Types page.

Can I change my leverage?

Yes, you can change your leverage in our Secure Client Area.

Trading Conditions

When can I trade the FOREX market?

Forex pairs can be traded 24 hours a day, from Sunday 22:00 GMT to Friday 21:45 GMT.

Are your spreads variable or fixed?

Our spreads are variable.

What is the maximum leverage available?

Maximum leverage for forex pairs and CFDs is 1:500, with crypto pairs offering leverage up to 1:5.

How long can I keep my positions open?

There is no limit on how long the positions can remain open as long as your account has sufficient margin.

How do I change my account type?

You can change your account type from Classic to Pro or vice versa in our Secure Client Area.. You may change account types with open positions.

In the event of a negative balance, who covers the deficit?

Because the markets are not continuous, it is not impossible to end up with a negative balance. This can happen when a stop out is triggered on a large price gap. In such rare cases, your account balance will be reset to zero and we will cover your negative balance.

Where does your Bitcoin price feed come from?

Our proprietary pricing engine aggregates live Bitcoin prices from multiple Exchanges . We quote the Best Bid / Best Offer ( BBO ). A custom-built pricing algorithm automatically calculates the spread symmetrically around the BBO feed on our trading platform.

In which time zone is your MT4 server?

Our MT4 Server time is GMT+0.

Trading Platform

Can I run MetaTrader on any desktop computer and mobile device?

MetaTrader 4 Client Terminal is native to Windows, but can be used on Mac or Linux with the help of Wine. Mobile versions for smartphones and tablets are available for Google Android from the Play Store. as well as Apple iOS from the App Store.

Can I be logged in to several accounts at once?

Yes. Although you cannot be logged in to multiple accounts from one instance of MetaTrader 4, you can open several instances and log in to different accounts accordingly.

Can I be logged in to one account from several places at once?

Yes, you can login to your account from any number of computers, phones or tablets at once.

How do I change my MetaTrader 4 password?

You can change your password in the MetaTrader 4 platform or via our Secure Client Area.

What is an investor password?

An investor password is a second password for your MT4 account that provides read-only access to your trading account without the right to trade.

How do I list all the available trading instruments?

To view all available trading instruments on the MetaTrader 4 platform, right-click on the 'Market Watch' window and select 'Show all'.

What happens to my open positions when I log out of MetaTrader 4?

Open positions will not be closed until an existing stop loss, take profit or stop out level is reached. Existing limit orders will still be filled if the entry rate is met. For Trailing Stop orders your MetaTrader 4 platform must be open and logged in.

Can I connect to your server with a different MetaTrader 4?

Yes, you can connect with any MetaTrader 4 or other compatible software. For live connect to 'mt4live.evolvemarkets.com' and 'mt4demo.evolvemarkets.com' for demo server.

Deposits

How can I add funds to my trading account?

Depositing is as easy as sending Bitcoins to the address provided on our web platform after signing up. You can always add more funds via our Secure Client Area.

What is the minimum deposit amount?

There is no minimum deposit.

Are there any fees associated with depositing Bitcoins?

We do not charge any fees for Bitcoin deposits.

How quickly are Bitcoin deposits visible on my trading account?

Deposits are processed to your trading account once they reach 1 confirmation in the blockchain, usually within 10 Minutes .

Can I deposit any fiat currencies such as USD or EUR?

Sorry, we accept Bitcoins only. Other crypto currencies are available for deposit via Shapeshift.

Can I deposit other Crypto currencies ?

We do not accept other Crypto Currencies directly at this time, however on the deposit page you may use the Shapeshift button to shift other Crypto to us.

Withdrawals

Are there any fees for withdrawing Bitcoins from my trading account?

Withdrawing your Bitcoins is free - we cover the fees associated with the blockchain transactions.

How do I withdraw funds from my trading account?

Login to our Secure Client Area. where you will find a withdrawal option.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is 0.005 Bitcoins.

How long does it take to process a withdrawal?

All withdrawals are processed manually to ensure the highest levels of security and are submitted to the blockchain usually within a few hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for withdrawal processing.

Are you keeping my bitcoins safe?

We are specialized in working with Bitcoin using a proprietary hardware and software solution to keep our own and our clients funds safe. All withdrawals are checked and processed manually.

What is your KYC policy?
